Cheap Summer: Tour DCR Parks with a Park Passport

Visit the Park Passport program on Massachusetts DCR website by CLICKING HERE.  Although this program and passport are free - please note that some parks do charge for parking.  If you collect all the stamps of one particular region, your child can get a free t-shirt highlighting that region!  All the info can be found at the link.

I think we'll try to knock out the Boston area one.  Why not?

The Park Passport program is part of the No Child Left Inside initiative that can be used as a tool to help kids and their families visit Massachusetts State Parks and facilities. The program has several components:
The Passport - A book used to collect Park stamps

The Stamp - An original piece of artwork designed to represent a particular Park that has been made into a stamp.  The stamps are available at Passport Parks for you to document your visit with.

The Stamp Box - A box at a Passport Park that houses the stamp.

If you find the one at Carson Beach let us know, I can never find it!

Good to know it's tricky Brian - We've only got Castle Island, Blue Hills & Quincy Shores so far. Maybe we'll try to hit it up this week. Tried going after Castle Island, but we were just too pooped.
